MuST is the outcome of one of Government's primary social objectives toward sustainable  human development in Trinidad and Tobago. The Programme is a specialized craft-training initiative that seeks to develop competent workers within our nation's priority economic sectors. These sectors include the Construction and Hospitality and Tourism Sectors.

The MuST Programme offers trainees the opportunity to be exposed to various occupational and employable skills within those sectors. The programme targets nationals between the ages of 18 and 50 years, who are motivated to achieve.
