The National Training Agency (NTA) is an umbrella agency for effecting reform in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) in Trinidad and Tobago. The organization's role is to co-ordinate and regulate technical and vocational education and training, promoting and facilitating a coherent system of quality TVET. Its mission is to facilitate and promote the development of a competent workforce through lifelong learning, labour market research, National Occupational Standards and quality assurance of the TVET system.
